I wasn't really sure how I noticed this but I think either someone is flooding the forum or its a glitch

It's not a glitch neither flooding. These are real numbers. Google is responsible for that, once people who search for some subjects are taken here. They read what they want and sometimes they stay, or not. These numbers are supposed to vary.
Anyway it's a new record and we are all proud of it here!

O.o But isnt 450 a lot? We used to have a record of 20 people at once

Yes, it's a lot, but many things have changed on last three weeks ... we have new sections, new look, new content, tips and now we can speak about more things than before. It's natural that people come over to check out information.
I invite you to take a look at my Brazilian forums and, despite of not getting the language, check the numbers: http://www.babooforum.com.br

Well you have at most 60 sections (I counted some twice, its probably 57) so that would explain about the 12000 user record.
And what does CaseMod mean? Is it just cases or does it actually mean CaseMod?

CaseMods and regular cases. You can discuss about anything chassis-related there. About the 63 sections (some are hidden...) that's exactly what we want to do here in a near future!
