I received my F131 on July 21, 38 days after I ordered it.

Purchasing:
The purchasing process was very nice. I liked how the knowledgeable sales person called me after i made my order online to confirm my selections and finalize the order. I was informed of the estimated lead time. The only thing I would've liked to see different about this experience was a shorter lead time.

Building:
I guess I was confused, I thought I was going to receive an email when an engineer started building my computer. The lack of email caused me to be concerned there was a delay in my computer. Instead I received an email when my computer had finished being built and was about to be shipped. The technician answered all my questions promptly and i am overall satisfied with this experience.

Delivery and first impressions:
The packaging was top notch. all the extra power cords were bundled up nicely and fit into nice little white boxes. There was a very nice binder that held documentation and all the software that came with my system. I was pleasantly surprised to find both Lost Planet and Company of heroes here, i had forgotten Lost Planet came with one of my hardware choices.

The computer was held tightly in its packaging and there were no loose connections. I was very impressed with the wiring job on the inside very cleanly built and nice to look at. I only with i had ordered the clear side panel and some lighting. (next time maybe ;) )

Set up was a slight challenge, even though the detentions are listed i didn't pay attention to them and wasn't expecting the computer to be quite so long, i had to rearrange a bit but i got the computer into a comfortable position. I have had no experience with an SLI set up before and when I looked at the back of the computer and saw 4 DVI outputs i was a little confused as to which do i plug my single monitor into. Not to fear; the handy instructions that came in the binder had a specific page explaining SLI and which port to plug into. I was very pleased to see such well written instructions.

On first boot the computer seemed to boot up so fast the hardware didn't have a chance to notice i had usb mouse and keyboard plugged in. it has been a while since I setup a new computer and don't remember if this is normal behavior. About 15 seconds after windows loaded my input devices started working. I loved the links on the desktop for both a free Anti Virus software and office suite. i installed the AV.

Overall: 10/10
I am completely satisfied with the entire experience and will recommend MAINGEAR to all my friends. My only complaint is the lead time, but that is completely forgivable seeing how much attention to detail was put into my computer.

Nice review and nice rig you got there.

" CPU Cooling: Intel Quiet CPU Cooler"

Just wondering if you will be buying an alternative cooler.

Aside from wondering about this, do hope you enjoy the machine and the games you will play.
