Yea..I'm prolific tonight... reading all sorts of links that lead to other links and so on...

I bumped my F131 to the 1000w PSU. 3hdd's, 880gtx, oc, etc..makes sense..plus may add the 2nf gtx eventually..

MG seems to pride itself on NAME brand components..that was a significant factor in my choosing MG. With big well know companies that shall remain nameless, even their top o' the line, ya dont know what mobo's, ram, etc they are using as they reserve the right to use whatever is avail at the right price for them...

I m surprised MG doesn't explicitly say which PSU they are using. Since PSU's can run from supreme to pure ****, regardless of stated watt / Amp per rail, and yes, PSU's play a large part in the quality and durability of a system, especially in a $4900+ system, Like I have ordered, without breaking any policy you may have with your vendor, and knowing you put your money where your mouth is regarding warranty of your systems, is it safe to assume MG re tags to get a $ break, but the PSU's are a recognizable manufacturer?

-Here's an article on the new BFG power sources:

-Another stat page from BFG's website:

-I didn't see an efficiency rating, so if I find a review, I'll edit the post.

-For comparison's sake, the link below is to Silverstone's 1000 watt psu:
