In about 1month or so, when Vista finally launches, I plan to order a new system. From the reviews (and also the case design being a big factor) it seems that it will be a Maingear pc. I do however have one question that I was unable to find an answer for in the forums and on my own.

What's the difference between the standard system order, or one with a "translucent window side panel w/ led lighting bundle $99.99". A pic comparing the two would be great, although an explenation would do as well.

Would the image below fall in the standard category or the translucent case w/ lighting bundle one.

Thx :)

Welcome to the boards Nosfera2!!!

Basically, you anwsered your own question. The difference between the two is soley based on the case. Just an option of whether or not you want a window to see into the case (showcasing our amazing work) or without a window.

I currently do not have any good pics of a f-131 without a window (most are ordered with) and my camera is at home. Tomorrow if I will try to remember to bring it in and take a quick pic of one without a window just for your reference.

Thx for the welcome :D

As for the pictures, no worries, i understand what the difference is now. No need for pix.

I would recommend going with the window. I admire great .....maybe mastery is a better word to describe the wiring, but you can barely see any of the wiring and the inside looks so clean. :wowsee:
