A pleasure doing business

I purchased my EPHEX 6/08 it was delivered 7/08. Everything was exactly as I ordered and in great shape. I love this Machine! :)
The only out of the box problem I had (no fault of Maingear) was a Creative driver issue that the whole world knows about. :*(
I recently had to reinstall the OS and ran into problem with the SataRaid drivers. Tech support helped me through that ( thanks Giovanni ) quite handily, and even sent me a Email link to restore the wallpapers that were shipped with the computer originally ( thanks Giovanni ).
Would I recommend Maingear? Without hesitation! I did shop around a lot before the initial purchase and so far let me say, They have put the competition to shame, IMHO. My wife runs a small business and she knows what Maingear knows: Customer,...Customer,...Customer; Support,...Support,...Support!
A final thought; someday when it is time for a new machine "I'll be back!"
