For anyone trying to work out if these guys actually support their customers how they profess to I just wanted to give my experience.
I have a Maingear laptop and now a hot Desktop too, anyway ...
There I am on a Saturday morning working away and I get a hard disk crash, which clearly ***** on a systems that's only a few weeks old. The cool thing is the way they recommended and configured the RAID it's not as if I would lose any data so there was no real stress issue on my side.
After calling them up to let them know, remember this is Saturday, one of their techies turned up at my house with new enterprise drives about 40 minutes later, replaced the dead one and got everything up and running in literally a few minutes.
Okay so I live relatively close to their main office and it's doubtful they should have been as responsive as this but seriously ... would any other company have got close to giving someone this kind of service.
It wasn't nice seeing a hard disk crash but was amazing to see how responsive Maingear were.
