Forums Being Updated

Please bear with Maingear as they update the forums.

I do however, want to point out many of the new features and hope that everyone can enjoy what Maingear is creating.

i love this update, although it needs more of a Maingear color / skin to it, is it 100% done?

It's no where near done...Wendel's working on the skin right now...a lot changed from the beta to the final release so we're just working out the kinks. Did you see the Home page?

I can't wait to see the finish product. Wendel's work is rediculous. His eye for graphical art is far superior to anyone I have ever met before.

Regarding the Home page: As the great Giovanni once said "No words, just emotions."

I am hoping to see the final layout in terms of color soon so we can edit the gaming page accordingly to match the theme

I would like to see an icon for topics with unread messages that stands out a bit more. The blue looks too much like the gray. Other than that (well, and all the rest of the topics showing the "hot" icon) I like where this is going.

I don't think it will always be blue. The Maingear logo is bright red so I doubt the forum would be a shade of blue. Besides, Wendel can do much better than this (Unless he's been working on a different and better project).

This is just a template that Vbulletin offers. It looked like this before wendel but in the code for the last one. I am sure he is working on everything from smilies we can post with to the small icons that fill the forums.

He is very good with attention to detail.
