Do I need this to Update my nForce 680i SL?

My Vista Windows Update keeps telling me this is an optional update, --is it one I need? It was released on 4 March and I got my machine on 16 March so I assume the MG folks thought I didn't need it, right?

Don't install the Microsoft driver updates. The chipset and graphics drivers installed in your system are the most up-to-date.
