Hello. Just some comments here from a new customer.

Your comments section, which is open to customers, to check orders, leave comments ect really isnt working for me. I have left two messages, the first was answered only after i sent your company an email alerting you to the fact that i left a comment and my second comment about my order hasnt been answered yet, and i think im on day five of no answer.
Also, is there a way to log into my account from your main page?...i have to keep logging in from an email link you sent me from when i first ordered.

Welcome to the boards harsaphes. I hate to say what is coming out of my kb. Its a lot easier to call them to get a response. Second choice would be an email to one of the guys that you can get off the member list. And as far as no front end access to the custserv page, I was told it was a security issue. Oh and there are no reward points just a great computer.
