My Shift Super Stock arrived last week, and has since engaged in a campaign of shock n' awe on my heart.
First read about you guys in PC Gamer several months ago, and thought the case design was wicked. Spent the next several months plotting in ways to con my wife into letting me spend the money, and annoying my coworkers with discussions on the case design and AMD vs. Nvidia.
The wait was the hardest part, as the Sandy Bridge recall put a damper into all of us, but boy did you guys not disappoint. I think I was most impressed by the packaging of the system. From the witty packaging (physics rule), to the instructions printed just inside the box lip. It was hard not to see that you guys love what you do.
The case is phenomenal, the hardware you select to offer and its pricing is awesome, the wiring was expertly done, and your customer service has been amazing thus far. Props to Danny for assisting with my memory issue, my system builder for being awesome, and Chris for answering all my dumb questions here on the forums.
You guys have a customer for life as long as you continue to offer innovative affordably priced offerings such as the beast that has just landed under my desk.
