I've been lurking for a while, finally settling on MAINGEAR based on external reviews and stuff I've read in this forum. Decided I'll wait to pull the trigger on a build with MAINGEAR late this summer when finances permit.
Anyway, figured I'd let you know that you can vote for MAINGEAR customer service at About.com. Since I haven't ordered a system yet, I don't feel right voting, but I'm sure some of you folks....well...you get my drift.
