I was looking through the cart system and i had a question about one of your keyboard selections.
It says Logitech Media Keyboard, but the picture is from the Media Keyboard Elite.
I was was curious if it was the one from the used picture, or if it was this one: http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/keyboards/keyboard/devices/186&cl=us,en&retailer=1
(strangely, i couldnt find a listing of the pictured elite model on logitechs website, only on other retailers such as circuit city: http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Logitech-Media-Keyboard-Elite-Black-967559-0403/sem/rpsm/oid/150179/catOid/-13017/rpem/ccd/productDetail.do )

i'm sorry, but i dont understand what you mean, which one is it then?
in the cart is says "Media Keyboard". But the picture you have is of a different keyboard (the Media "Elite"). I'm not really sure which one you meant by the "one on our website". Which one did you specifically mean by that? The Media Keyboard as listed, or the Media Elite Keyboard as pictured???

Many times they get different parts per say.
The "media keyboard" as they have listed maybe be the "elite" that you are accustomed to seeing, if it is the same picture and such (I do not know), but they received the product "media keyboard" so they must list it that way. Since it seems they have a deal with Logitech as they offer mainly those mouses & keyboards they probably get certain parts to what their deal allows.

well thats what i'm trying to clarify, surely it is indeed one or the other though, and they would likely know which since they do have the actual units. Although that is a sensible explanation of why it is listed as one and pictured as another.

Yeah, it is always like this.
Many times OEM style companies, even outside of computer world stuff, get X part that is the same as any guy can buy somewhere, but they call it something different.

Yea, sorry about the short answer before spincut. I didn't look at the name but I scrolled the picture...and by the looks of the picture I am going to say we offer that one, because I see it in house often.

oh good so you offer the elite. Yeah it's strange too because i cannot even find the elite version listed on logitechs own website, i had to go to circuitcity.com to give a link to it.
I was being picky since i had actually gone out to a store and tried out the keyboards maingear offered, just gave them a quick *tap tap*, since i care most about the feel and would ideally prefer to not have to go out and get a keyboard seperate if i didnt have to. The elite i beleive did feel a little nice in the keys though than the regular media.
It seems minute but we do use our keyboards quite a bit after all.

hey man, thanks alot for getting me an actual picture.....but you know something? that's neither the regular logitech media keyboard or the media elite. (and the 350DT also isnt listed on logitechs website)
Weird, i guess it must be some special OEM version that you guys get?
Hm, i'll think it over but maybe i'll just go get my keyboard locally since i do alot of typing and want it to feel just right.
