I posted this to the Systems forum first, but I might do better here.
I just got my new F131 in last weekend, and it's been a pretty good experience. I downloaded and installed a bunch of my games via Steam (man was that easy!) and I'm happy to be able to play them with their setting cranked.
The odd thing is, when I quit playing the game, I get a Vista error about the game crashing. Everything is fine in-game, I only get the error immediately after the game closes. So far I tried it with Bioshock, Team Fortress 2, and Medieval Total War 2.
I'm also getting an error when I try to do an in-game patch of WoW, but I looked in another forum and it said I have to run the executable with administrator settings manually turned on, which hadn't occurred to me at all. I'll try that when I get home.
So my former problem isn't terribly disruptive, but it does seem like there's an issue.
I'm running Vista Home 64-bit, if that helps. Everything seems to be in place, proper drivers and Direct X and whatnot.
